Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Demic Tours & Car Hire Ltd – Demic Tours Africa (“Demic Africa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and all clients (“you” or “the client”) engaging our travel, tour, transport, and related services.
By confirming a booking with Demic Africa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Demic Africa provides tour operations, travel planning, vehicle hire, and related logistical services as outlined in confirmed itineraries, quotations, or written agreements. Services are delivered based on availability and agreed specifications at the time of booking.
All bookings are subject to confirmation.
Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.
Failure to make payments within agreed timelines may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the nature of services booked and third-party supplier terms (lodges, airlines, transport providers, etc.).
Applicable cancellation fees and refund conditions will be communicated prior to confirmation.
Demic Africa is not responsible for penalties imposed by third-party suppliers beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate personal, travel, and documentation information.
Ensuring valid passports, visas, health requirements, and travel insurance where applicable.
Complying with local laws, regulations, and safety instructions during travel.
Demic Africa acts as a coordinator of services and is not liable for acts, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, loss, or damages arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, mechanical failures, government actions, or force majeure events.
Liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of services directly provided by Demic Africa.
Demic Africa reserves the right to adjust itineraries or services when necessary due to safety, operational, or external factors. In such cases, reasonable alternatives will be offered where possible.
Vehicles are provided subject to agreed hire terms, usage limits, and applicable insurance coverage.
Clients are responsible for adherence to driving laws and vehicle care during the hire period.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
Proceeding with a booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
